The first piece is a playful animation of a banana ripening — and eventually rotting — in vibrant, saturated colours. You’ll probably recognise the Pop Art influence, particularly the iconic banana Andy Warhol created for The Velvet Underground & Nico’s debut album.

The second artwork is a still watercolour painting created while travelling in the Philippines, inspired by the small, incredibly sweet bananas I discovered there. Have you ever tried them?
