TO MY SISTERS

I am woman who loves to draw and paint women.
I draw them to celebrate and empower them and to shine a light on the importance of the Sisterhood.

To all the women around the world, I wish you to take control, to feel safe and respected, to know your unconditional worth, to bring your chair to the table even when you’re not invited, to receive education, to grow and bloom, to create and tell your own story, to empower each other.

And it starts here. With our sisters, soul sisters, friends, mums, colleagues, neighbours, local entrepreneurs. It starts with what we think, what we learn and unlearn, what we say, what we do, what we buy, what we sign, where we donate. And every single win, big or small, matters.

I’m writing this on International Women’s Day 2021 with the hope and conviction that, one day, soon, my sisters, my queens, we won’t need this day anymore.
